We are proud of our close collaboration with Generation Waste, and since we started measuring our food waste, we have reduced it by a staggering 90%.

Our work has been highlighted in both podcasts and news reports – and according to Generation Waste, Blanche is the hotel in Sweden that is best at reducing food waste. For us, sustainability is not a trend, but a responsibility – and an integral part of our daily lives
